Sound Meditation...the power of your voice to connect, express..heal
Sound meditation has been with me for my whole life and I now share it with participants of my Therapeutic Hatha Yoga & Sound Meditation Sessions/Workshop Yoga sessions, Rhythm & Voice...Drum & Sing sessions and other workshops to help participants connect to themselves through the medium of their voice. Using breath-work and somatic awareness exercises I guide participants to find their truest voice. Repetitive chants help connect participants to their own voice and act as a therapeutic tool to soothe the mind and difficult emotions.
